Thompson Ops is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the financial systems that keep our clients’ businesses organized and financially informed.
This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, managing transaction workflows, and ensuring that financial data is captured consistently across client accounts. Our bookkeeping systems are designed to simplify financial management for business owners while ensuring the information needed for reporting, decision-making, and tax preparation is accurate and up to date.
The Bookkeeper will work within structured financial workflows that include receipt capture, expense tracking, reconciliations, and monthly reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain organized financial records across multiple clients.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for client accounts
• Record and categorize financial transactions
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Process invoices, bills, and expense documentation
• Monitor receipt capture and financial documentation systems
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
• Maintain organized financial records for year-end and tax preparation


• Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
