Thompson Ops is looking for a creative and organized Content Creator & Management Assistant to help support the content and communication systems that keep our clients visible and growing online.
This role combines content creation with operational support. The successful candidate will assist with producing social media content, organizing content schedules, and ensuring that posts, messaging, and communications are executed consistently across multiple platforms.
The role also supports internal workflows that help our clients maintain a strong and professional digital presence without adding complexity to their daily operations.
• Create and prepare social media content for multiple platforms
• Assist with planning and organizing content calendars
• Format and schedule posts across client accounts
• Monitor engagement and flag messages or comments that require response
• Maintain organized content libraries and assets
• Support basic graphic design and short-form video content when needed
• Assist with operational workflows related to content publishing

• Strong written communication skills
• Basic graphic design or content editing ability
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
• Organized and able to manage multiple content timelines
• Comfortable following structured systems and processes
